One area of particular interest is the impact of sleep deprivation on individuals and society. He likens sleep deprivation to intoxication and points out some of the most power aspects of our society that are intent on dragging people into the trap of sleep deprivation.

  1. You’ve got to get control of your mind and body. Remove distractions like alcohol, cell phones, laptops, binge watching, too much caffeine…

  2. Control your world. Time management, vision.
